Constant Escapement

Ten Constant years. White Gold 2013: 2015 with a different dial and hands: And the Neo Constant Escapement from 2023, with a different dial, hands, bezel and case AND... Titanium instead of white gold, which makes it lighter and more comfortable to wear.

Attempting to capture the intricacies of this bonkers watch.

This has been a dream of mine since the launch of the original, which was unfortunately too large for my wrist. I love the more compact size of the Neo, center time indication and highly technical look for a watch befitting this highly technical movement.

In 2013, Girard Perregaux released the Constant Escapement which offers linear energy to the balance wheel thanks to an ultra thick ( 14 microns ) silicium blade buckling back and forth. The interest being that the amplitude is never the same all along it
